Fazly Trade Compass is a self-discipline and journaling tool for individual traders. It helps you set mission goals, define personal trading rules, log your own trades, and reflect on your performance. The Service does not execute trades, does not connect to any brokerage or trading account, and does not hold, transfer, or manage any funds or securities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter, including trade data, capital amounts, risk settings, and mission parameters. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice, and nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to make any trade, investment, or financial decision. All calculations, targets, and estimates are generated from data you provide and are for informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or missed opportunities. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account data through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the United States, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and we agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date before they take effect, except that changes required for security, bug fixes, or legal compliance may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
